We're delighted to introduce Tony Lawless as the newest member of the TCR Hub team. Tony joins us as Operation Manager with 25 years of experience from his work with a charitable organisation in Newcastle, where he supported schools across the North East, delivered outreach programmes, and helped establish a residential centre in the Derwentside Valley.
Tony brings a genuine passion for helping young people and communities access opportunities for connection, belonging, and growth. In his previous role, he earned the nickname “the logistics man”, a testament to his ability to plan and deliver everything from school activity programmes to full-scale festivals. Tony is excited to begin his journey with TCR Hub and we're confident that his experience will strengthen and support our work.
Alongside his dedication to his work, Tony is a lifelong Newcastle United supporter and has held a season ticket since he was 14. His enthusiasm, both professionally and personally, will be a great addition to the spirit of our team. We’re very pleased to welcome him to the team.
