Making an Online Booking
Buying from us couldn’t be easier! Just browse our packages and click on the party or experience you wish to buy, and add it to your shopping basket. View your basket at any time by clicking the link in the top right hand corner. When you are ready to buy click on “Checkout” and you’ll be directed to our securely encrypted checkout page courtesy of market leader in online payments.
All party packages and experiences are delivered at the TCR Hub, Shaw Bank, Staindrop Road, Barnard Castle, Co Durham.
Dates & Availability
Booking online should be made after you have checked availability for your preferred dates. If you do book online without first having checked we have availability for your preferred date, we will endeavour to meet your requirments or provide a mutually suitable alternative. If this alternative is not suitable, we will refund your payment but any request for a refund must be made within 14 days of the original booking. Any refunds requested after 14 days of the original online booking being made will be subject to a 15% fee being incurred for admin fees.
Refunds & Returns
If you wish to cancel your booking, you may do so within 14 days of the booking being made. Just send us an email and we will give you further instructions. Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you have the right to return the product within 7 working days from one day after date of receipt for any reason.
Refunds are returned via the same method you used to pay, or we can send a cheque on request. Refunds are issued within 5 days of cancellation being requested by email or writing.
Money usually arrives back in customers’ accounts within 48 hours, but please allow 31 days.
