We are delighted to be part of the “Through Soldies Eyes” project with events taking place around the region. Further details of the project are here.
“Through Soldiers’ Eyes is an ongoing project jointly funded by us, the Armed Forces Covenant Fund Trust, County Durham Community Foundation, Bishop Auckland Town Council and Bishop Auckland and Shildon AAP.
The project also supports the council’s bid to be named UK City of Culture 2025 through its ambition to bring communities together through arts and create opportunities for all.”
Our Afternoon Tea of Thanks will see serving personnel, their families, bereaved families and veterans all invited for a chance to catch up, socialise and enjoy delicious food and drinks.
Running from 2 – 4pm in the Atrium, this event is fully accessible.
Booking is essential in order to manage numbers of people coming along so please book your place and share with friends and family from the military community. Any questions about this event, please contact Sarah Gent at TCR Hub via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or telephone 01833 690150.
