What we offer
Teesdale Community Resources have been delivering activities and services to community and charity groups since the 1970s and we pride ourselves on offering value for money whilst not skipping on the quality your group will receive.
Inclusive indoor and outdoor activities and residential opportunities for groups
Working with your group
We are a small team and therefore get to know each group we work with. We enjoy ensuring that you have every possible need met, and that might simply be to be left alone to do your own thing whilst hiring our accommodation and studios.
Safeguarding is of paramount importance to us and we strive to ensure we can put any worries at rest whilst you are on our premises. Our site is open to the public at times but we also offer the option to privately hire the spaces to guarantee complete privacy.
Our group customers return time and time again as they respect our approach and love our wonderful venue.
Indoor & Outdoor Activities
We have a range of indoor and outdoor activities that can be booked independently or as part of a bespoke package that includes other services such as transport and accommodation. Our high spec kitchen is available to hire or our Hub kitchen staff will work with you to produce menus that fit your budget and appetite.
Our inside and outside spaces are accessible for wheelchair users and anyone with limited mobility.
We take residential bookings from all groups, schools, DofE, scouts and businesses. Please contact us for availability.
The Lake & Outdoor Spaces
Kayaking
Canoeing and Kayaking on our custom built lake provides a safe venue in which to learn this fantastic sport.
Both canoeing and kayaking combine teaching skills and techniques with activities such as water polo and stuck in the mud to allow the individual to build on the techniques learned.
Buoyancy aids are provided and must be worn at all times.

High Ropes
We enjoy some fantastic days with young people working together to help them grow in confidence, work together to achieve the goal.
If you are a family group of up to 6 people or a youth or school group please do get in touch and see what we can do for you.
You will receive a warm and friendly welcome, experienced and knowledgeable activity leaders and a great value for money activity.
