Parties at the TCR Hub
Party Venue for Children and Adults
Parties can be booked on Saturdays and some Sundays throughout the year.
Weekdays during School Holidays are also available to book.
Parties are 90 minutes in the party room in total. Plus 20 minutes for party food if we are providing the food. Parents/carers are invited to arrive 15 minutes prior to the party to set up any decorations or food. Parents/carers are kindly asked to leave the party room/s no later than 15 minutes after the party has finished. All parties, excluding Outdoor Parties, minimum of 8 children.
Bouncy Castle Parties
Bouncy Castle, suitable for up to 25 children. We advise that you do not plan any other activities in the Bouncy Castle room as the inflatable fills two thirds of the space and the remaining space is left for tables and chairs.
We provide tables and chairs, tea and coffee, jugs of juice and water.
Disco Party
Disco Party, suitable for up to 50 children. Can include other entertainment that parents/carers book themselves. Hub staff need to be made aware of this and see appropriate insurance prior to the party commencing.
We provide tables and chairs, tea and coffee, jugs of juice and water.
Room Hire Only
If you wish to hire space to orgnanise your own childrens party, all prices are here. We have various spaces available and are happy to discuss your exact requirements.
Outdoor Activity Party
Outdoor Activity Party suitable for children age 8 plus. Minimum of 4 children. Maximum of 12 children. Parents/Carers must stay with children at all times.
Outdoor activities can include:
- Kayaking
- Paddleboarding
- Raft Making
- High Ropes
- Pond Dipping
- Archery
- A combination of outdoor activities
Outdoor activities are instructor dependent.
Popstar Party
Your little ones can become Popstars for the day with a Popstar Party which can include Chocolate Lolly Making, Wand Creation, Singing and Dancing. This can include a themed party lunch.
Party Food
Party Food Includes:
- Selection of Sandwiches or Wraps
- Crisps
- Crudites
- Sweets
- Cakes and Biscuits
- Juice

- Pizza, Wedges and Garlic Bread
- Sweets, Cakes, Biscuits

T&C’s Parties
Parties require a non refundable 20% deposit to secure your date. Dates fill very quickly. We advise booking at least four months in advance of your required date.
Balance must be paid 5 days prior to the party taking place and catering numbers must be confirmed at this time.
Our staff will be on hand to meet you and show you to your room. We provide a DJ for your disco, an outdoor instructor for your outdoor parties and a host for the Popstar parties but all other party bookings do not include a host. We ask that parents/carers empty rubbish into the bins provided at the end of the party. Our staff will clean the rooms.
