We are gearing up for our next big social event at the TCR Hub. Following the success of the Food Festival and Festival of Wellbeing the team are happy with a formula of good music, quality food and a bar for a good night out at the Hub. Oktoberfest has arrived at the TCR Hub. On Friday 25th October 2019 the atrium will be transformed into a magnificent space for chatting to friends, sampling delicious food and trying out the beers on offer. The team have arranged musical entertainment that will have you feeling great as we move into Autumn, including the rousing Old Age Travellers and Andy Yeadon, both sure to have some interaction with the room and encourage some dancing.
Beer has been booked from the well established Black Sheep Brewery to include a lager on tap plus bottled bitter. We are also excited to welcome back Mccolls Brewery, based just down the road in Evenwood, who will be providing us with a sumptuous IPA and Golden Ale on tap. The bar will also have a selection of bottled beers from the Wensleydale Brewery, wine, spirits and soft drinks.
Food will be provided in the form of the fabulous Harvey’s Sausages complimented by some special Oktoberfest snacks from the Hub Kitchen including Gingerbread, Roast Chicken and special Bar Treats. The evening promises to be the perfect treat to relax, drink delicious beers and lagers and sample some traditional Oktoberfest food all washed down with great quality music.
Seats are available to reserve and tickets are just £1 each to secure a place to perch in the atrium. All proceeds will contribute to the running of the Hub and the subsidised activities such as music, outdoor activities and community transport. To secure your ticket contact Vicky Taylor at the Hub via email Vicky.firstname.lastname@example.org or give us a call.
