TCR Hub boasts a choice of meeting, special event and function rooms. We offer solutions for events of all sizes, providing excellent value for money without compromising quality.
We regularly host gatherings, events and special occasions for families, social groups, organisations and friends. Stag and hen parties, weddings, anniversaries, engagements, christenings and funerals have all been held in our private hire rooms.
Our venue can cater for up to 500 people across our indoor and outdoor facilities. Every time you make a booking with us you have a relationship with one of our team and can be confident that we will flex our offer to suit your needs

Drama & Conference Room
Our largest private hire room, is a fully functioning drama room with stage lighting suitable for entertainment, DJ or live music.
Perfect for speech and prize giving awards ceremonies. Our drama room seats 80 comfortably for a formal dinner however, if seated dining is not required, will accommodate 100 guests for a buffet or hors-d’oeuvres type function.
This room holds up to 80 guests and its large patio doors open onto an outside patio and picnic area, allowing guests peace to enjoy time admiring the beautiful view across the lake and outside area. Party guests can enjoy home-cooked pizza or barbecue on the purpose built pizza ovens.
Dance Studio
The dance studio, accommodates up to 40 guests and will seat 30 with ease. The function rooms offer great value and versatility. Both our drama and dance studio’s have sprung floors, perfect for dancing.
Our dedicated team ensure your room is prepared with the required furniture, ready for your occasion.
Access to our function rooms is completely flat, providing excellent access for guest with mobility issues. Externally, the path around our lake has no steps, providing superb access for wheelchair users.
Meeting Rooms
We have several smaller rooms including The Greenhouse which can be booked for meetings or work.
The Lakeside room is perfect for meetings of up to 12. Overlooking the lake it is very close to the main kitchen and dining area.
