My name is Sarah and I have the amazing privilege of delivering this very special class every Tuesday morning at the Hub. It is unusual to attend an exercise class that you can take your baby along to, and this class boasts benefits to both mum and baby, making it extra special. We also are lucky enough to practice in the lakeside drama studio, making it peaceful, tranquil and magical!

During a typical class, we focus on breathing, stretching, strengthening and toning. It’s gentle and informal and also encourages the bond between mother and baby. The pose workout is simple and easy to remember, making it ideal to practice regularly at home if desired. It’s also a very sociable and relaxed class, during which we can expect a bit of chatter, lots of giggles and plenty of fun!

I have just started a new term of classes and it’s been lovely to welcome back some familiar faces, as well as greet some new ones. There are still a couple of spaces available, so if your little one is aged anywhere from around 6 weeks to active and crawling, then why not come along and join in the fun?
