Mindfulness, Yoga and Relaxation Classes Starting 16th September

Join experienced counsellor and yoga instructor June Wainwright for a six week series of classes focusing on mindfulness, yoga and relaxation.

This class is suitable for anyone who needs to take some time out to reflect, wishes to improve flexibility and learn some basic techniques for self care.

The sessions are all suitable for absolute beginners and we can provide a yoga mat too, which will be yours to take home each week. The sessions are fully funded via our NOW project and in collaboration with UTASS, Jack Drum Arts and Northern Heartlands.
